USB Foot Pedal Compatibility¶
General Information¶
While playing the Vibraphone instrument in Percussive VR, you can use a connected USB foot pedal to control the instrument’s sustain (just like using the pedal on a real vibraphone!).
USB foot pedals (or foot switches) act as a keyboard device, and typically send keypress events for the letter B – so this is what Percussive VR expects. If your pedal device is configured as a different key, you’ll need to reconfigure it using the software that its manufacturer provided.
